Sapori & Saperi runs unique and inspiring culinary tours offering the rare chance to meet local heroes of Italian food and crafts.

Depending on the season, you can get involved in traditional local activities from baking bread with a village baker to helping a cheesemaker make pecorino and ricotta. Feeding silkworms and learning how silk is made or visiting a handloom weaver in his attic workshop are other unusual activities.

Sapori & Saperi will send you a menu of activities for the month you’ll be visiting the area. You choose what you want to do and an itinerary will be designed especially for you. Many activities are suitable for children aged six years and older. City sightseeing, architecture, art, gardens and musical events can also be included.
